Audio-First Learning Platform: Full Platform — Web, iOS & Android — for an Established US Training Company
The Challenge
What Problem Were We Solving?
Our client had a sharp thesis: corporate training mostly fails not because the content is bad, but because employees have no time for it. People won't step away from the job to sit through a course. They needed a product that flipped the model — learning that happens inside the workday rather than competing with it. The hard part wasn't the idea; it was building two complex automated systems that make it work at scale. One had to turn a plain-text lesson submission into ready-to-publish bilingual audio every week, with no manual step. The other had to track every learner in real time and deliver auto-generated manager reports without anyone in the loop.
The Solution
How We Built It
We built the entire platform end to end — four connected surfaces on one shared backend. The web app is the primary listening experience, engineered for learn-while-you-work. The admin panel lets the client's team manage, schedule, and publish a recurring stream of lessons across industries and languages. Native iOS and Android apps extend learning to commutes and off-desk moments. The analytics layer tracks each employee in real time, generates team-wise leaderboards, and auto-delivers manager reports — no manual step, ever. The content pipeline completes the loop: contributors submit plain text, OpenAI translates it into Spanish and generates finished audio in both languages automatically, then the system publishes on a recurring weekly cadence.
Key Features
What We Built
Audio-First Web App
The primary learning experience — engineered for listen-while-you-work, so lessons fit inside the flow of a workday.
Automated Bilingual Pipeline
Contributors submit plain text. OpenAI translates it into Spanish and generates finished audio in both languages — fully automatically, every week, no studio or manual step.
Admin Content Panel
The client's team manages, schedules, and publishes a recurring stream of industry-specific lessons from one panel.
Native iOS & Android Apps
Mobile apps extend learning beyond the desk — commutes, between meetings, anywhere the employee goes.
Real-Time Analytics & Leaderboards
Every learner is tracked in real time. Team-wise leaderboards surface engagement and drive healthy competition without any manual effort.
Auto-Generated Manager Reports
Manager reports generate and deliver themselves — managers see exactly how their team is progressing with no one in the loop.

Castly
Castly is an operating system for trusted talent work — brands book models, actors, UGC creators, and event hosts with every deal secured by contracts, escrow, and instant payouts. We built the entire product and engineered the custom escrow engine from scratch, integrating MamoPay underneath for regional payments. Concept to live on both app stores in 4 months.
