Project Overview
Multisyn Tech partnered with an innovative hospitality brand to build a next generation contactless dining platform that enables customers to scan a QR code, browse the menu, place orders, and pay instantly without downloading an application. The platform delivers a seamless dining experience while helping restaurants increase revenue, reduce operational overhead, and gain actionable customer insights.
The solution was engineered using React Native, React.js, Next.js, Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL and AWS Cloud to ensure high performance, scalability and enterprise grade reliability.

The primary objective was to remove friction from the restaurant ordering experience. Technology Stack
