UI/UX Designer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with at least 1 year of experience to help design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to create seamless user experiences and engaging interfaces that align with user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Design engaging and responsive UI for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.
• Translate concepts into user-friendly designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Iterate designs based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing.
• Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and products.
• Work with developers to implement designs effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• 1+ year of proven UI/UX design experience.
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Good understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX work.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with design systems.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Understanding of accessibility standards.
