Job Overview:

We are looking for a LinkedIn Outreach Specialist to join our team and support our lead generation initiatives. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying, connecting, and engaging with potential B2B leads on LinkedIn, with the objective of generating qualified opportunities and scheduling product demos for the sales team. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a structured, data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute targeted outreach campaigns to relevant B2B prospects on LinkedIn, including decision-makers, sales leaders, directors, and executives.
  • Craft and send personalized LinkedIn messages to generate interest in our CRM solution.
  • Qualify leads and coordinate with the sales team to schedule product demonstrations.
  • Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and segment potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and performance metrics within the CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and improve engagement rates.
  • Monitor and continuously optimize outreach strategies for improved results.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, or outbound sales (preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment).
  • Proficient in written communication with the ability to build rapport through messaging.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach automation tools (e.g., Lemlist, Expandi).
  • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to manage outreach pipelines independently and meet weekly/monthly targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience booking demos for SaaS products or CRM solutions.
  • Prior involvement in optimizing outreach strategies and conversion tracking.
